Strategic Planning and Execution is a process that has inputs, activities, outputs and outcomes. Our fact-based approach uses internally derived conversion ratios (inputs) to calculate and drive the necessary activities and outputs that will realistically achieve the growth objectives (the outcome). We have found that this is the best approach toward building a realistic strategic plan.

At Relationship Velocity, there is a well agreed upon approach for the development of a strategic plan that involves four basic steps:

1. Strategic management framework; analysis, strategy formation, goal setting, structure, control & feedback
2. Company strengths and weaknesses (SWOT Analysis) & external environmental obstacles
3. Goal setting through the identification of inputs, activities, outputs and outcomes
4. Balanced scorecards and strategy maps developed specifically around the aforementioned elements and implementation of the plan including training and performance tracking
